How do I obtain a Canadian Passport?

Application forms are available from any passport office, or through your local travel agent. You may reach the passport office in Hull at 1-800-567-6868. Application forms can also be downloaded from the Internet at http://www.pptc.gc.ca/online_forms/index_e.asp Individuals may also drop off their completed application forms between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm in Kingston at the Canada Post Outlet at 120 Clarence St.
